Korean cuisine is known for its complex flavors, as well as its use of unique ingredients and cooking techniques. Here are some of the best foods to try when visiting Korea. Try them all, yes.. try them all.
Lets start with kimchi.. by the way.. FYI, all Korean cuisine come with side dishes. Yes, all of them.
For example, kimchi is not served alone. As you can see in the above pic, many dishes are served and enjoyed along with rice(or noodles). Most of them are too bold and strong if served without rice or noodle.

Bibimbap - A popular Korean dish that consists of a bowl of rice topped with a variety of vegetables, meat, and sometimes egg, all mixed together with spicy chili sauce. Its not poke, be aware of it.
Korean Fried Chicken - A crispy and savory dish made by deep-frying chicken wings or drumsticks and then tossing them in a sweet and spicy sauce. Korean fried chicken is a popular snack or meal in Korea and is often served with beer.
Bulgogi - A Korean beef dish that is marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and other seasonings, and then grilled or stir-fried. Bulgogi is often served with rice and vegetables. My favorite beef is asado, still, bulgogi is fair enough.
Tteokbokki - A popular street food in Korea, tteokbokki consists of rice cakes that are cooked in a spicy red pepper sauce. It is often served with fish cakes and boiled eggs. One of BTS member had tteokbokki, and not its getting popular world wide.
